Terms of Service

1.0 ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to Review Roster Inc, ("we""us""Review Roster Inc" or "our") .

1.1 Your use of any of the Review Roster website, services, software, Application Programming Interfaces (API) is subject to these terms and conditions effect at the time of your use. Review Roster reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service from time to time without notice or acceptance by you, so please check this page or visit our blog for updates and changes.

1.2 Your use of the Review Roster Services also subject to the Review Roster Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use, which is incorporated herein as though set forth in full. You can view the latest version of the Refund Policy here. By signifying your acceptance of these Terms of Service or making any use of the Review Roster Service, you signify your revocable acceptance of these Terms of Service in effect at the time of your use.

1.3 If you are an individual acting as a representative of a corporation or other legal entity which wishes to use the Review Roster Service, then you represent and agree that you have the authority to accept these Terms of Service on behalf of such corporation or other legal entity and that all provisions of these Terms of Service will bind that corporation or other legal entity as if it were named in these Terms of Service in place of you.

2.0 YOUR ACCOUNT -

2.1 Review Roster can refuse registration of, or cancel, any account in its sole discretion, at any time.

2.2 Your account can only be accessed by the email address and password provideed at the time of registration. Your credentials are solely for your own use and you are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account at all times. you are fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Credentials, whether authorized by you or not. It is your responsibility to take adequate precautions with your Credentials and to immediately notify Review Roster of any unauthorized use of your Credentials.

3.0 CODE OF CONDUCT

3.2 Review Roster will use experience regarding Content or behavior allowed on or through the Review Roster Service. Examples of unacceptable Content or behavior include:

3.2.1 Abuse, harassment, threats, flaming or intimidation of any person or organization.

3.2.2 Engaging in or contributing to any illegal activity or activity that violates others' rights.

3.2.3 Use of derogatory, discriminatory or excessively graphic language.

3.2.4 Providing information that is false, misleading or inaccurate.

3.2.5 Hacking or modifying the Review Roster Service or another Web site to falsely imply an association with Review Roster.

3.2.6 Implying or pretending to be affiliated with a company or organization with which you are not affiliated, or misrepresenting the extent of your affiliation or role with an affiliated company or organization.

3.2.7 Transmitting worms, viruses or harmful software.

3.2.8 Sending unwanted messages to other users.

3.2.9 Disclosing personal or proprietary information of another person or organization.

INDEMNIFICATION

You shall indemnify, defend and hold Review Roster, its affiliates, licensors, Account holders, Site users, and each of their owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (the "Indemnitees") harmless from any and all damages, liabilities, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and expenses incurred or suffered by such Indemnitees arising out of, or in connection with, any claim based upon or arising out of (i) any breach or violation of these Terms or any policy or guidelines referenced herein by you; (ii) your gross negligence or willful misconduct; (iii) your submission of Content and Posts; or (iv) your use or misuse of this Site.

DISCLOSURE

All reviews published must indicate the connection between the developer and the publisher. All publishers who publish reviews using the service must indicate the connection between the developer and publisher, and must also disclose that the review has been paid for. Failure to comply with the above would result in termination of the account. Publishers must agree with the Federal Trade Commission Guides Concerning the Use of Testimonials and Endorsements in Advertising effective December 1, 2009, and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act and the Federal Trade Commission Endorsement Guidelines.

OFFERS

Users of Review Roster create offers using the services offered on ReviewRoster.com which allows developers and publishers to connect with each other to engage in a completely unbiased sponsored conversation that speeds up the review process. There is no requirements on the site, and all sponsored conversations created are unbiased which allows for true opinion to be expressed. Offers can only be cancelled within 24 hours of creating the offer. To cancel an offer, users need to contact the support team.

Publisher Disclosure Terms

Publishers publishing reviews of applications upon approval by the "Offer" need to disclose the connection between the developer and the publisher. Review Roster allows publishers to include plain text that mentions that the conversation is sponsored or an image that can be used by publishers to notify users about the sponsored conversation. Until the publisher complies with the disclosure terms, the amount is not transferred to the publisher's account.

TRUE AND UNBIASED OPINION

Review Roster is a platform designed to simply help developers connects with publishers to get their Apps reviewed. It speeds up the process. Review Roster requires its publishers to express their true opinion about the reviewed application using Review Roster. Developers on Review Roster cannot mention requirements that needed to be addressed in the review. Publishers must publish an unbiased opinion about the application, and the content must be original.

PAYMENTS

Publishers

All payments are processed in the first week of every month. Publishers must enter their PayPal email address using their Review Roster dashboard, and must have a balance of at least $1 in their Review Roster account to be eligible for receiving a payment. Review Roster reserves the right to review all payments and delay the payment process if an error is noticed. Payments are only made via PayPal. Review Roster is not responsible if there is an error encountered with PayPal during payments or if PayPal does not accept the entered email address. Review Roster is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect PayPal email addresses entered by a user. Payments are made on a Net-15 day basis.

Developers

Developer (Advertiser) agrees to pay Review Roster for all services provided in accordance with the Terms of Service. Any fees charged for the services offered by Review Roster to the developer (advertiser) account is non-refundable. All prices are in United States dollars and do not include any taxes that may be assessed by an jurisdiction.
